What the tool does

In the admin as · Mailer
01

The console

Send volume, opens and clicks over time, audience growth, and how recent campaigns did.

02

Templates

A grid of saved designs, each opening in a drag-and-drop builder that works in blocks.

03

Campaigns

Every campaign with its status, its recipient count and its open and click rates.

04

Audiences

Named lists of contacts. Add one at a time, or import a CSV.

05

Automations

An automation watches an audience: when a contact joins it, the right email goes out without anyone remembering to send it.

06

Signup embeds

An embeddable newsletter signup, distinct from the general site forms, because the two jobs are different.

01

Getting into the inbox is setup, not luck

Most email marketing problems are not copy problems. They are authentication problems: mail sent from a domain that has not published the records saying it is allowed to.

Domain authentication walks through publishing SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your sending domain, because a campaign nobody receives is not a campaign.

02

The queue exists so a big send cannot take the site with it

Mail can send inline, as it always did, or through a queue with rate limits that a background worker drains. The second is what you want the day an audience gets large, because a send that blocks the site is a send that takes the website down at the moment most people are looking at it.

The list is the asset.

It is the only audience you own outright. Everything else is rented from a platform that can change the terms. Get in touch →
